The skin microbiome: what keeps skin looking balanced

Smaller particles, faster results.
Colloidal oatmeal has been used in disposable gloves for over a decade. It's an FDA-approved skin protectant, but conventional colloidal oatmeal particles are typically around 2 microns, large enough that they sit on the surface of the skin, with diffusion of oat actives taking time to deliver any benefit.
Much of that potential benefit is locked away to begin with. In traditional colloidal oatmeal, bioactive compounds remain bound within the oat's intercellular matrix, the structural framework holding those compounds inside the grain, so only a fraction is ever freed up to reach the skin.
Avenall™'s proprietary process breaks down that matrix, liberating the bound actives, and reduces the compounds to roughly 2,000 times smaller, allowing them to diffuse into the skin quickly instead of waiting on the surface. The result is immediate bioavailability: naturally occurring vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and oat pre- and post-biotics that reach the skin where they're needed.
